Three people, named, with their roles and their responsibilities in public. Nobody on this board is paid, and nobody serves anonymously.

The Board

Chair and Executive Director

Founder of JJ's Friends. Serves as interim Board Chair and Executive Director during the founding period, and as the organization's registered agent.

Treasurer

Oversees financial health, budget planning, and the published ledger. Second approval on all major financial decisions.

Secretary

Keeps board minutes and records, and maintains compliance with state and federal filing requirements.

How Decisions Get Made

One person holds Chair and Executive Director together during the founding period — a named concentration of authority.
Major financial decisions require a second board approval.
The ledger is published.
The two roles separate once the organization is funded.
Board members serve fixed terms and can be replaced by board vote.
No director is compensated.
No director, officer, or family member receives tickets through the program.
